Training Courses:
TOR will endeavor to provide early notification of all planned training, whether this is for individual staff members or whole appliance crews. When populating crew training the code PPT is to be used. This code does not affect the crewing rule as the crew are still available to respond (outside of the training period).
For individual courses the T code is to be used. This booking code does affect the crewing rule as this person is not available to respond on the appliance.
Optimising Rota Management - PARIM
As part of the optimising rota management project an operational PARiM team has been established to utilise the app to source short notice overtime across the service. This team are available to utilise by all officers providing the individuals are on duty.
